About Us
Our Mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Founded in 2016, Counseling Wellness & Health, PLLC was built on the belief that healing, growth, and purpose flourish when individuals are supported as whole human beings—mind, body, and spirit. What began as a small counseling practice has grown into a comprehensive behavioral health organization offering therapy, psychological evaluation, applied behavior analysis (ABA), family-centered treatment, and consultative services across North and South Carolina.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to create spaces where people can grow, connect, and thrive. Every service we provide is grounded in compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep commitment to cultural responsiveness and community impact.
As our programs expanded, so did our vision. The Sprout Center was established as a dedicated environment for children and families to experience personalized behavioral and developmental support—helping every child “sprout” into their fullest potential through nurturing relationships, play, and purposeful learning.
Beyond the clinic walls, our commitment to community continues through A Whole in One Golf Academy, our nonprofit organization that merges sports, mentorship, and mental wellness to empower youth with confidence, discipline, and life skills both on and off the course.
We believe in meeting people where they are and walking beside them toward where they’re meant to be. Together, we’re reimagining what it means to heal and grow—one individual, one family, and one community at a time.
